Last updated: January 2026

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using a Crownstone Equity account you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest in your jurisdiction. Every registration is reviewed before activation. We may approve, reject or suspend any account at our discretion, including where information provided cannot be verified.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We will never ask you for your password.

4. Deposits

Deposits may be made by Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App or ACH wire transfer. Funds are credited after verification. Sending an asset to an address for a different network may result in permanent loss and cannot be recovered by us.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are submitted from your dashboard with an amount, a method and a destination wallet address or bank detail. Requests are reviewed by the treasury desk before release. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the destination you provide.

6. Investment risk

All investing carries risk. ROI figures shown on the platform are targets, not guarantees. Capital is at risk and past performance does not predict future results. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalised financial advice.

7. Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Network fees for crypto transfers are borne by the sender.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to access records belonging to another client.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or regulatory requirement. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned subject to verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crownstone Equity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate details you supply or from third-party network failures.
