When you register we collect your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence and chosen username. When you fund or withdraw we record the amount, the method you selected and the wallet address or bank reference you provided. We also record the date and time of registration and of each sign-in.
Your information is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, maintain your transaction ledger, send you account notifications and meet our record-keeping obligations as a regulated entity.
Passwords are never stored in readable form. They are held only as irreversible encrypted hashes inside the authentication system. No member of our staff — including administrators — can view your password. An administrator can trigger a password reset, but never read the existing one.
Client records are protected by row-level access rules enforced in the database itself. A signed-in client can only ever read their own profile, transactions and notifications. Administrative access is granted through a separate role record and is never inferred from anything stored in your browser.
We do not sell client data. Information is shared only with payment and banking partners strictly as required to settle a transaction you have initiated, and with regulators or law enforcement where we are legally compelled to do so.
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by financial record-keeping regulations. You may request deletion of your account; records we are legally required to keep will be retained for the mandated period and then destroyed.
You may access and correct your contact details at any time from your dashboard, request a copy of the records we hold about you, or ask us to close your account. Requests can be sent to support@crownstoneequity.com.
We use only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising trackers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through an account notification before they take effect.
